The Bothell High School boys basketball team lost to Issaquah, 84-70, despite a furious comeback attempt during the third quarter and four players finishing in double figures on Tuesday at Issaquah High School.
The Cougars fell behind by 16 at halftime but outscored the Eagles 22-12 during the third quarter, cutting the lead to just six points. Issaquah put Bothell away with a 22-14 score during the final period of play.
The Cougars were led by Josh Kollman with 20 points, Jake Medjo with 17 points, Hunter Dean with 14 points and Cameron Tyson with 12 points.
