A series of school closures due to inclement weather has shifted the schedule for the Class 4A KingCo Conference basketball tournaments.

Initially scheduled for Tuesday at Redmond High School, all loser-out games will now be played on Thursday at Lake Washington High School in Kirkland.

Cedar Park Christian, which had basketball playoff games scheduled for Monday, has several scheduling changes as well though the schedule hasn’t been set.

The KingCo 4A tournament should continue as planned for Saturday’s games, which feature the top-seeded Bothell girls and boys teams in afternoon games at Lake Washington High.

The the district swimming and gymnastics events, and the regional wrestling tournament, are all on as planned for this weekend.

The boys team had been scheduled to play Meridian in the first round of the district playoffs on Monday. Closures of the CPC Bothell campus pushed the game to Wednesday, and a closure in the Meridian School District postponed Wednesday’s game.

The girls team was supposed to play at Mount Baker on Monday and rescheduled for Wednesday at Lynden Christian High School. No makeup dates have been announced for either game.
