United States and world kayak champion Karl Osusky is offering a competitive program for young kayakers this summer.
Families of girls and boys ages 12 and up who are interested in training in Olympic Flatwater Canoe and Kayak are encouraged to attend an informational Open House from 5-8 p.m. at the Bothell Landing on Wednesday, June 26.
Paddlers will be able to try out the program for free for 10 days. The cost will be $50 per month. No experience is necessary and all equipment will be provided. Participants must have intermediate swimming skills or above.
