Northshore wrestlers defeat LWSD in Dream Dual matchup

At the Kingco Junior High Dream Dual wrestling meet, which pitted the district champions from the Northshore School District and the Lake Washington School District against each other at Lake Washington High on Wednesday evening, the Northshore team came out on top 60-42.

At the Kingco Junior High Dream Dual wrestling meet, which pitted the district champions from the Northshore School District and the Lake Washington School District against each other at Lake Washington High on Wednesday evening, the Northshore team came out on top 60-42.

Results from Bothell-Kenmore athletes included:

Marty Holk (85-88) of Skyview falling to Conrad Von Scheliha by decision 9-2;

Hak Do (100) of Skyview pinning Kyle Nazareth in 2 minutes, 30 seconds;

Brandon Potts (110) of Kenmore pinning Adam Brady in 2:00;

Mitchell Barker (115) of Northshore falling in a close match to Chad Sinner 10-9;

Riley Seward (120) of Northshore edging out Alex Satelo 6-5;

Keelan Halligan (145) of Skyview falling to Garrett McCorkle in 1:10;

Ty Utton (185-190) of Kenmore achieving a quick first-round pin of Tucker Seamons in :37;

and Max Hanson (215) of Skyview falling to Blake Peterson in 1:10.
