Kenmore resident Ashley Nichols (Inglemoor High class of 2010) recently earned Division II All-East Region honors from the United States Track & Field/Cross Country Coaches’ Association, a distinction earned by the top five from each region in individual events.

Nichols earned her award for her season-best run in the 5,000 meters, for which she clocked a time of 18 minutes, 17.51 seconds.
