The Inglemoor High School boys golf team defeated Ballard on its home course Tuesday to open the 2013 season.

The Inglemoor High School boys golf team defeated Ballard on its home course Tuesday to open the 2013 season. The Vikings finished the day at Jackson Park Golf Course in Seattle with 197 strokes to the Beavers’ 233.

The Vikings took all top five spots during the meet. Inglemoor’s Carton Tillotson had the best score of the day, finishing with a one-over 37. Teammate Jason Richardson was two-over with a 38 and finished in second place. The Vikings’ Alec Hayton shot a 39 for third place, while Grant Wickstrom shot a 41 and John Marks a 42 for fourth and fifth place respectively.

Inglemoor will take on Roosevelt at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
