Inglemoor High School senior Alexandra Hagen accepted a basketball scholarship at the University San Diego next fall.

Hagen started playing basketball in fifth grade on the Inglemoor Select program and has helped the team make it to state the last two years, winning Kingco Championships both years. She began playing AAU basketball in sixth grade and has finished her last three seasons with team “Way To Win”coached by Barb Berry.

After going to state in the 300 high hurdles and the 4×400 relay, Hagen was offered track scholarships to several Universities but is focusing solely on women’s basketball.

Her collegiate goals are to go to the NCAA playoffs and become an orthopedic surgeon.
