A lopsided tiebreaker led to a heartbreaking loss for the Inglemoor High School volleyball team Wednesday night in Woodinville.
The Falcons narrowly won the first game of the match 25-23 but the Vikings stormed back to take a 2-1 lead, winning 25-15 and 25-20. Woodinvile found some momentum and used it to force a tiebreaker with a 25-22 victory. But the tiebreaker was one sided, with the Falcons dominating 15-6.
The victory was the Falcons’ first of the season, while the Vikings drop to 4-5 in league play and 5-7 overall.
