Inglemoor High girls are off and running with school track records

Inglemoor High's girls track distance runners have set three new school records this spring: • The distance medley team of Tansey Lystad, Kyra Burke, Shandon Lystad and Katie Hungerford ran a 13-minute, 2-second race at the start of the season and set a record by five seconds. The girls run 1,200, 400, 800 and 1,600 meters. • In the 1,600, Tansey Lystad set a school record by 12 seconds by running a 5:00 and placing fifth in the Elite mile at Pasco. • Burke broke the school record by two seconds in the 3,200 at the Bill Harris Invite by running an 11:24 and winning the race by more than 40 seconds.
