Inglemoor, Cedar Park Christian compete in playoffs / Boys Basketball

Inglemoor High’s boys dropped their opening 4A Kingco playoff game to Skyline High, 48-42, Tuesday night. The Vikings will next play Redmond at 4:45 p.m. Friday at Juanita High. Jerry Molina had 13 points and Andy Nwaelele chipped in with 11 for the Vikings (14-7 overall) against Skyline.

• Cedar Park Christian (10-12 overall at press time) defeated Northwest, 54-47, on Monday in the 1A Emerald City League playoffs behind Evan Scholten’s 18 points and Victor Sviridyuk’s 17.

Sviridyuk scored 17 again in the Eagles’ 50-46 loss to University Prep on Tuesday.

The Eagles will play Bellevue Christian on Thursday.

• Bothell closed out its season with a 60-50 loss to Woodinville Feb. 4.

Prince Lacey led the Cougars with 22 points, matching Woodinville’s Joseph Reavley for game-high honors. Bothell finished its season 1-14 in league, 4-16 overall.
