The Cedar Park High School girls basketball team traveled to Whidbey Island Friday night and came home with a 49-39 victory against Coupeville.

Cedar Park blasted the Wolves during the first half, doubling up the home team, 22-11, by the break. That lead would sustain the Eagles through the second half, despite a 12-8 Coupeville advantage during the third quarter.

Cedar Park was led by Laura Goodnight with 17 points and Madison Parmenter’s 13 points.
