The Cedar Park Christian girls basketball team lost to University Prep to start the season, 32-31, in Bothell on Tuesday.

The Eagles began the game with a 15-7 first-quarter lead and then extended the advantage to 24-13 by halftime. But Prep took over during the second half with a 19-7 advantage.

Cedar Park was led by Sasha Korlenko with nine points and Chloe Biscup with seven points.

Cedar Park will try get its first win of the year at Bellevue Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
