The Cedar Park Christian girls basketball team lost to Vashon Island on Tuesday, 32-31, despite holding a four-point lead heading into the fourth quarter.
Cedar Park scored just six points during the first quarter but came alive just enough to take a 16-12 lead heading into the half. The teams played to a stalemate during the third period, with each team scoring nine points.
Christian was led by Madison Parmenter with 12 points, while teammate Laura Goodnight had seven points.
