“I’m really proud of our guys, obviously,” said coach Craig Shetterly. “They exemplified great Christian character throughout the season. They learned a lot about themselves. These guys in particular really bought into our philosophy and scheme, and they thrived in it. More importantly, they learned how to deal with adversity and rely on each other, their families and, ultimately, God to succeed.”
