College of Saint Benedict (CSB) first-year swimmer Ellen Dean of Bothell racked up points for the Blazers with a first-place finish in the 200-yard butterfly, finishing in 2 minutes, 13.83 seconds, and again in the 100-yard butterfly with a speedy 1:01.50 as the Blazers finished second in the recent CSB/Saint John’s University Invitational with 993 points.

For those performances, the freshman has been named the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Women’s Swimming and Diving Athlete-of-the-Week.
