Bothell High graduate Carrie Dragland is back in the area and competing at the United States Olympic Team Trials for diving at the King County Aquatic Center in Federal Way.

In the women’s synchronized 3-meter semifinals last Sunday, Dragland and partner Bianca Alvarez took fourth and will compete in Thursday’s finals.

Dragland will also compete in the 10-meter platform trials preliminaries on Wednesday morning.

The London Olympic Games will take place July 27-Aug. 12.
