The Bothell High gymnastics team finished third at the Class 4A State Gymnastics Championships on Feb. 18-19 in Tacoma.
Erin Clayton was Bothell’s top finisher in the all-around on Friday with a score of 36.9 — good for sixth overall. Clayton finished in a tie for fifth in the floor event finals on Saturday, the best place from any of Bothell’s gymnasts.
Clayton had the team’s top marks in all four events on Friday during individual qualifying, and placed 11th in the vault finals and 10th in the beam finals.
Bothell’s Saiyann Reyes finished 10th in the floor finals and Ella Simmons tied for eighth in the beam finals.
Inglemoor’s Kim Krammers was third in Friday’s all-around with a score of 37.475. Krammers made finals in all four events and finished third in the beam finals. Krammers also took fourth in the bars and floor events, and finished ninth in the vault.
Woodinville won the Class 4A team title with 180.225 points. Camas was second with 175.425, and Bothell was third with 172.775.
