The Bothell High School volleyball team beat Redmond, 3-1, on Monday at home.

The Cougars played well during the first game, winning 25-11. The Mustangs showed life during the second game but Bothell narrowly pulled out the win, 26-24.

Bothell struggled to gain momentum with a 25-15 loss but secured the match victory with a 25-23 fourth-game win.

The Cougars were led by Hailey Crane with 15 kills and Alexa Torres with 11 kills. Lizzy Shrum had 32 assists, while Sam Dibenidetto led the defense with 19 digs.
