It only took an hour and 10 minutes for the Bothell High volleyball team to sweep Woodinville at Bothell High School on Monday evening.
Bothell dominated the first two sets and cruised in the third, winning 25-9, 25-12, 25-19.
The Cougars improved to 4-1 in conference play and 10-2 overall, thanks to 10 kills from Camille Gilmore and eight kills from Alexa Torres.
Bothell has won four consecutive conference matches following a loss to Skyline on Oct. 3. Next, the Cougars are scheduled to play on Wednesday, Oct. 19 at Issaquah High School.
Skyline 3, Inglemoor 1.
The Spartans remained perfect in KingCo play with a 25-16, 24-26, 25-16, 25-11 win over Inglemoor on Monday evening in Sammamish.
The Vikings (1-4, 4-7) lost for the sixth match in a row, and will likely need to win one of the final two conference matches to ensure a spot in the upcoming conference tournament. Inglemoor has a nonconference match against Mount Si on Oct. 18, and is scheduled to return to conference play on Monday, Oct. 14 at home against Issaquah.
