Bothell’s boys won the 4A KingCo track and field title on May 10 and 12 at Skyline High.
The Cougars scored 162 points and Inglemoor took fourth with 77. On the girls’ side, Issaquah edged out Bothell, 149-148, and Inglemoor took seventh with 57.
For Bothell’s boys, Kevin Liu won the 100- and 200-meter runs in 11.25 and 22.27, respectively; Ryan Witters won the 400-meter run in 50.88; Jalen Ford won the 110-meter hurdles in 15.18; and Liu, Ford, Christian Galvan and Dane Siegelman won the 4×100-meter relay in 43.73.
For Inglemoor’s boys, Ethan Karlinsey won the 800-meter run in 1:56.14 and Jalen Woodley won the 300-meter hurdles in 39.83.
On the girls’ side for Bothell, Lauren Stavig won the 100 meters in 12.70; Theresa Mayanja won the 300 hurdles in 46.66; Stavig, Kaitlin Bean, Emily Gibson and Emma Gagliardi won the 4×100 relay in 49.99; Noelle Sirmon won the shot put and javelin in 33-00.25 and 109-01, respectively; and Gibson won the triple jump in 34-08.00.
