The Bothell boys basketball team cruised to a conference win over Issaquah, 79-46, on Tuesday at Issaquah High School.
Four players scored in double figures for the Cougars (10-3 KingCo, 15-4), who can clinch a conference title with a win over Inglemoor in the season finale on Friday.
Senior Tyson Cameron led all scorers with 21 points and 10 rebounds, despite struggling from 3-point range. Josh Kollman hit six 3-pointers for 20 points, post Jake Medjo finished with 15 points and five assists, and Isaiah Clark had 13 points.
Bothell had lost to Issaquah in the first meeting of the season on Jan. 3.
Next, Bothell is scheduled to play Inglemoor at 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 3 at Bothell High School. Regardless of the result, Bothell will receive a bye in the first round of the KingCo Tournament. The Cougars are scheduled to play in the second round on Feb. 10 at Lake Washington High School in Kirkland.
