The Bothell High School volleyball team defeated Inglemoor, 3-1, on Monday in Bothell.
The Cougars took a big lead with 25-17 and 25-15 wins. Inglemoor didn’t give in, winning the third game 25-21. But Bothell put the match away with a hard-fought 25-20 victory.
Hailey Crane and Alexa Torres combined for 22 kills for the Cougars, while Maddie Rayburn finished with 35 assists. One defense Bothell was led by Rianne Saleem with 28 digs.
The Cougars travel to Redmond for a 7 p.m. game on Wednesday, while the Vikings travel to Bellevue to take on Newport at 7 p.m. on Wednesday.
