The Bothell High School volleyball team beat Garfield 3-1 on Monday in Seattle.
The Cougars and Bulldogs split the first two games with Bothell winning 25-21 and Garfield taking game two 25-22. But the rest of the contest was all Bothell, as they blasted the Bulldogs 25-16 and 25-20.
The Cougars were led by setter Reese Laufasa with 36 assists, while teammates Karly Ernster and Hailey Crane combined for 30 kills.
Bothell improved its record to 2-5 overall with the victory.
The Cougars will host Issaquah at 7 p.m. Monday.
