Bothell’s baseball and softball teams registered victories over Issaquah on March 29.
In the Cougars’ 7-6 baseball win, Bothell’s Miles Winter homered, Dylan Gerard had two hits and an RBI and Austin Cartwright had two RBIs. On the softball diamond, Bothell won 2-1 on Katie Fodge’s two-RBI double.
Bothell also defeated North Creek, 5-0, on April 1 behind two doubles from Josh Davis and two hits from Caden Baker.
For Inglemoor, the baseball team beat Redmond, 4-1, and softball lost to Redmond, 4-1. In baseball action, Inglemoor’s Kolby Solomon homered, Sean Kauffman and Zach Hedge had two hits each and Sean Mulcare had three RBIs. In softball, Taylor Waara had two hits for the Viks.
On April 1, Inglemoor baseball defeated Woodinville, 5-0, and the Viks received two RBIs each from Hedge and Jacob Liedle along the way. Garrett Oremus earned the win with nine strikeouts. In softball action the same day, Woodinville beat Inglemoor, 2-1, and Vik O’nalisa Hall homered.
Over at North Creek, the softball squad beat Skyline, 14-3, behind three hits and two RBIs from Reagan Ellis and two hits each from Malia Pinder, Ashley Saenz, Sierra Hein and Carli Zanassi.
North Creek defeated Bothell, 12-2, in softball on April 1. Zanassi and Hein homered and combined for nine RBIs and Pinder nailed two doubles. For Bothell, Brooke Davis had a two-run double.
In Jaguar baseball, Skyline won, 11-5. For North Creek, Nick Giesinger had a double and two RBIs and Michael Fouch Jr. had an RBI single.
