Helen June Bowman Powers, better known as HJ, passed away suddenly on February 5, 2018, just shy of her eighty-first birthday. Having moved to the Pacific Northwest a year ago, HJ resided at Woodland Terrace in Bothell, WA, where she was loved by many friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother Helen Ann Decker, her ‘Pop’ Leon Decker, brothers Williard Bowman and Ralph Decker. She is survived by her daughters Terry Mackaman, Deb Powers and Lisa Powers, son-in-law Mark Mackaman, and daughter-in-law Jeanette McArdle.
