VUCSA: At 5:46 p.m. in the 15900 block of 116th Avenue Northeast, officers responded to a report of a male slumped over in his vehicle. Upon contact, the officer observed an orange hypodermic needle cap in the vehicle, and found that the driver provided false identification.
Feb. 26
Fraud: At 8:16 a.m. in the 16300 block of 119th Lane Northeast, a female wrote a $200 check out to her sister, who deposited the forged check a year after it was written.
Drug paraphernalia: At 8:19 a.m. in the 22100 block of 17th Avenue Southeast, an officer approached a male sleeping near a fast food entrance who had an order stating he wasn’t allowed within that area on a SODA (stay-out-of-drug area) charge. During a search, the officer located hypodermic needles and a glass pipe with a black substance inside.
VUCSA: At 8:31 a.m. in the 22100 block of 17th Avenue Southeast, an officer approached two suspects in a stay-out-of-drug area and saw a tooter and foil with burn marks. When searching the men, the officer found heroin, a glass pipe and methamphetamines.
VUCSA: At 8:50 a.m. in the 21000 block of Bothell-Everett Highway, officers made contact with a vehicle in a parking lot and found one occupant to have slow and delayed movements, as well as pinpoint pupils. A second student officer spotted drug paraphernalia. A search turned up a spoon, tooters and aluminum foil. Officers also located 0.94 grams of heroin on one of the suspects.
Car theft: At 9:12 a.m. in the 11800 block of Northeast 159th Street, a couple reported their car stolen out of their driveway.
Domestic: At 9:14 a.m. in the 18300 block of 96th Avenue Northeast, a mother and her adult son had a verbal argument. The mother wanted her son to leave, but he argued that he pays $500 in rent. The building is owned by the King County Housing Authority, and the female isn’t allowed to have guests or profit from the facility.
Drugs: At 9:19 a.m. in the 21000 block of Bothell-Everett Highway, an officer contacted a vehicle during a patrol and noticed the driver unconscious with burnt foil on his lap, another unconscious male, and another male with foil and a lighter on his lap. During a search, the officer located a hypodermic syringe, drug paraphernalia, heroin, meth and Xanax.
DUI: At 9:23 a.m. in the 20800 block of Bothell-Everett Highway, officers responded to a male stopped at an intersection-unconscious with the engine running and in drive.
