The Northshore YMCA in Bothell is inviting all kids and parents to a free community open house Healthy Kids Day on April 30. The event is the Y’s national initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids and families.

The first 100 kids receive a free t-shirt and from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event will feature family activities like meeting “Blitz” from the Seattle Seahawks; free bicycle helmets and fittings for the first 200 kids; open climbing wall, funyaking in the pool; the Y Summer “Campland” and much more.

New for this year is a branch-wide scavenger hunt with the chance to win great prizes. For more information, visit theYMCA website at www.ymcahkd.org.
