Beginning Wednesday, Nov. 30, 23rd Drive Southeast will be closed just south of the intersection at 223rd Avenue Southeast to install a pipe connection as part of King County’s North Creek Interceptor construction.
The closure is expected to remain in place until the end of December.
Motorists will be able to turn right (north) at the intersection, turning from 223rd St Southeast onto 23rd Drive Southeast and also left (east) from 23rd Drive Southeast onto 223rd Street Southeast.
The Boeing driveway on 23rd Drive Southeast will remain open, with access from 224th Street Southeast.
Motorists will be able to reach 224th Street Southeast from off of 222nd Street Southeast and 20th Avenue Southeast.
Flaggers will direct traffic around the work.
