The Heritage Christian Academy in Bothell will host a special Veterans Day Chapel at 8:50 a.m. on Nov. 12 in the school’s sanctuary.

Frank Fisher will be an honorary speaker for the event. Fisher joined the Army National Guard in 1941. He was in the landing at Normandy on D-Day and in five major battles in Europe including the Battle of the Bulge. Fisher was discharged in 1945. When he got out he served as a new York City motorcycle policeman.
