The Snohomish County of Public Works is shutting down traffic on the maltby area on York and Jewell Road to install water, sewer and storm facilities for the Carter Estates Project.

These closures will be from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 25 through Aug. 29. Emergency vehicles and school district transportation will have access at all times.
