Residents report stealing, various crimes in Kenmore | Kenmore Police Blotter

Dec. 9

An abandoned vehicle was impounded on 18500 BLK, 73rd Ave. NE.

A resident was cited for driving a car with a report of sale of 9/23/13 near NE Bothell Way. He was released.

A man was arrested for driving with a suspended license and the passenger in the vehicle was also arrested for having an outstanding reckless driving warrant. They were discovered by police on 68th Ave. NE.

Dec. 10

A police officer pulled over a resident for driving with a revoked license. The officer noticed the resident in a 1993 Subaru making a left turn from 73rd Ave NE onto NE Bothell Way.

Dec. 11

A police officer arrested a resident with a felony and misdemeanor warrants. The resident is in King County Jail.

A resident from Snohomish County that stole a vehicle and participated in a hit and run accident was found in Kenmore.

Dec. 12

A victim was notified by her bank that her Visa card had been used to make several fraudulent purchases online. The victim did not have the specific information about the purchases and did not know how her account was comprised.

An apartment complex was notified by the United States Postal Service that a number of mail boxes were broken into in the apartment mail room. Police investigating the incident reported 14 different mailboxes had been pried open.

Dec. 13

A man’s home was broken into and many items were stolen from the home.

A man was stopped and arrested for driving with a suspended license. He was released at the scene.

A prowler with a knife was seen at Trail Walk Condos. He fled after noticing he was being spotted.

Dec. 14

A man hung himself in a hotel room with a metal coat hanger. Police are investigating his death.

A person entered a locked garage in an apartment complex and stole a bike. This police do not have any suspect information at this time.

A man was arrested and charged with a DUI on 7300 BLK NE Bothell.

Dec. 16

A woman reported her ex-boyfriend vandalized her vehicle in the Safeway parking lot, located at 6830 NE Bothell Way.

An abandoned vehicle with a registration expired over 5 months was impounded.
