Rep. Inslee will speak at First District Democrats’ ‘Coping with Climate Change’ forum April 24

The First District Democrats will host a forum on "Coping with Climate Change" with keynote speaker Rep. Jay Inslee from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. April 24 at the Northshore Health & Wellness Center, 10212 E. Riverside Drive, Bothell.

The First District Democrats will host a forum on “Coping with Climate Change” with keynote speaker Rep. Jay Inslee from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. April 24 at the Northshore Health & Wellness Center, 10212 E. Riverside Drive, Bothell. Cost is $20 and includes lunch.

The forum will focus on:

• How will climate change affect us in our home, our community and the Puget sound region?

• What can we do to forge a new way of life that will protect our children and grandchildren?

• How do we connect with other concerned neighbors to raise our voices for the new frontiers in climate change?
