Sept. 13

Residential burglary

Police said the incident was turned over to prosecutors to determine what charges, if any, are warranted. They could range from burglary to telephone harassment. Reports said the suspect, a man, 26, allegedly entered an apartment in the 2300 block of Fitzgerald Road by damaging the front door and a deadbolt lock. Nothing was reported missing from the apartment.

Commercial burglary

A computer and a video-game system disappeared after someone broke into a unit at a storage facility in the 1700 block of 228th Street. The items were valued at $240.

Commercial burglary

Valued at $2,600, a heat compressor was taken from an unidentified business in the 2200 block of 222nd Street Southeast. Police said an employee reported finding doors to the business open when arriving for work.

Residential burglary

A computer, watches, jewelry and a suitcase were among the items listed as stolen after someone broke into a home in the 15500 block of 105th Avenue Northeast. Police said a rear sliding-glass door had been removed from its tracks. The total value of the stolen goods was not given in reports.

Commercial burglary

Persons unknown shattered a window next to the front door in order to gain access to an unidentified restaurant in the 1700 block of 228th Street. Cash totaling $150 was missing.

Residential burglary

A firearm and a video camera were stolen when someone broke into an apartment in the 18100 block of 96th Avenue Northeast. Total value: $375. Police said the victim was unsure how the burglar gained entry.

Residential burglary

Police say someone forced their way into a residential garage in the 15700 block of 105th Avenue Northeast. Reports said the victim had not yet turned into police a list of any stolen items.

Theft

Driveway markers valued at $60 were taken from a mobile home park in the 23800 block of 15th Avenue Southeast.

Residential burglary

A laptop computer, an LCD projector, a digital camera, traveler’s checks and a pellet gun were among the missing goods after persons unknown broke into a home in the 21400 block of Second Drive Southeast. Police said the suspects pried open a sliding back door to gain entry. The stolen items were valued at over $3,700.

Vandalism

Persons unknown shot what was described as a large ball bearing through an upstairs window on a home in the 7100 block of Northeast 175th Street.

Sept. 14

Shoplifting

Police arrested a male suspect after he allegedly walked out of the Safeway store on Northeast Bothell Way without paying for an undisclosed amount of beer.

Sept. 12

Assault

Police said the suspect slapped the victim during an argument taking place in a car on 68th Avenue Northeast. Neither the suspect nor the victim were identified in public reports, which contained few further details. The suspect was charged with fourth-degree assault.
