Theft
A student at Bothell High reported the theft from a bag of an iPod valued at $200.
Commercial burglary
Cash and keys were taken after someone pried open a window on an unidentified construction business in the 10400 block of East Riverside Drive. The money totaled about $400.

Residential burglary
A laptop computer was stolen when persons unknown broke into a home in the 9300 block of Northeast 191st Street. The item was valued at $900.
Oct. 21
Residential burglary
Check books were the only items reported missing after someone broke into a home in the 3300 block of 220th Street Southeast. The suspects entered the residence through a window.
Oct. 20
Motor vehicle theft
Valued at $20,000, a 2007 Toyota Rav 4 was stolen from the parking lot of a shopping complex in the 22600 block of State Route 527. Bothell police later recovered the car near 110th Avenue Northeast and Northeast 185th Street. They arrested a suspect, a man, 27.
KENMORE
Oct. 30
Theft from vehicle
Persons unknown broke a small rear window in order to gain entry to a vehicle parked at St. Edward State Park. The thief left with a purse and its contents.
Vandalism
The reporting party told police her boyfriend was parked outside her apartment complex on 83rd Place Northeast when someone tossed a pumpkin at his car, causing a large dent to the driver’s side of the vehicle.

Aggravated assault
Reports didn’t contain too many details, but said two men were booked into King County Jail after an alleged fight during which the victim reportedly had his nose broken. The incident took place at Kenmore Lanes on Northeast Bothell Way.
Illegal dumping
Someone left a mattress and other smaller items in the parking lot of Inglemoor High.

Residential burglary
Reports don’t state if anything was stolen, but police say someone used a garden gnome to break out a window in a home in the 19800 block of 60th Avenue Northeast.
Oct. 26
Stolen vehicle
Following a foot chase that began at the Kenmore Inn on Northeast Bothell Way, police arrested a man, age not given, for possession of a stolen motorcycle. Reports say a police K9 helped track down the suspect, who also was wanted on two felony warrants. Public reports contained no further details.

Commercial burglary
While it apparently contained no cash, a bank bag was reported stolen after someone broke into a plumbing business in the 6800 block of Northeast 153rd Street. The suspects entered the business through a window.
