Drug paraphernalia

Police stopped a Yakima driver for allegedly crossing the center line near the intersection of Northeast 153rd Place and Juanita Drive. Reports state the driver was unable to produce a driver’s license, registration or proof of insurance. Upon searching the car, police reportedly found two marijuana pipes and a used needle. Those items were confiscated and police estimated the driver received some $798 in tickets.

More drug paraphernalia

Police reports didn’t readily state why officers searched a room at the Wagon Wheel Motel on Northeast Bothell Way. But they allegedly turned up a marijuana pipe and a grinder of some kind, possibly used in connection with illegal drugs. The items were confiscated from a Florida resident.

Vandalism

Persons unknown broke into a construction area around Kenmore Junior High on 66th Avenue Northeast. Police said the perpetrators left behind plenty of graffiti on walls, doors and whiteboards. They also did about $500 damage to ceiling tiles and drywall. Reports did not mention any suspects and it’s unclear how entry was gained into the locked building.

Shots ring out

Someone shot out the window of a car parked in the 20400 block of 80th Avenue Northeast.

Someone broke out the back window of a car parked in the 7900 block of Northeast 195th Street.
