Assault
Reports don’t say what initially may have led to contact between the suspect and police. But officials ended up arresting a woman, 36, for third-degree assault after an incident at a residence in the 20000 block of 11th Drive Southeast. The victims are listed as two police officers who allegedly were kicked by the suspect.
Residential burglary
Possibly entering through an open garage door, thieves made off with $2,400 in items from a home in the 10000 block of 93rd Court Northeast. Items stolen included a purse, camera, GPS unit, jackets and a backpack along with some cash. Police did not mention having any suspects.

Car theft
A 1998 Ford truck disappeared from a business in the 20000 block of 20th Avenue South. The vehicle had not been recovered as of last week.
Commercial burglary
The perpetrators pushed in a fence to gain access to an unidentified construction business in the 20000 block of 23rd Avenue Southeast. Stolen items included $1,000 in tools.

Car theft
A 2008 blue Jetta was stolen from a residence in the 1000 block of 126th Avenue Northeast. Again, the vehicle had not been recovered as of last week.

This time a silver 2006 Taurus was taken from the 20000 block of Fourth Avenue West. No recovery.
KENMORE

Recovery of stolen car
Kenmore officials found an Isuzu Rodeo stolen from another jurisdiction, but left abandoned at the Lakemooor Estates apartment complex on 61st Avenue Northeast. Reports didn’t readily state from where the car was taken.

Vandalism
Someone used an unknown explosive device — police said possibly an M-80 — to destroy a mailbox in the 19500 block of 75th Avenue Northeast.

Vandalism
Police say the perpetrator may have used a knife to slash three tires on a vehicle parked at the Green Leaf apartments on Juanita Drive.
Jan. 1
Theft from vehicle
The thief may have used a coat hanger to gain entry to an SUV left parked in the lot of the Safeway store on Northeast Bothell Way. A cell phone and an I-pod were missing from the vehicle.
