Car theft

A 1996 Mazda 626 was stolen from a parking lot on Campus Way Northeast. Valued at $1,000, the car was recovered by the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office at an undisclosed location.

Car theft

A 1987 Toyota Supra was taken from a residence in the 22700 block of First Place West. Valued at $3,000, the car was again recovered by Snohomish authorities at an undisclosed location.

May 12

Theft

Someone smashed out the front passenger window of a car parked in a lot in the 11800 block of Northeast 195th Street. They made off with personal items and cash valued at $520.

Theft from vehicle

A rear window was shattered so thieves could gain access to a vehicle parked in a lot in the 22600 block of State Route 527. The thieves left with a DVD player and tools valued at $3,500.

Vandalism

Unknown suspects “turfed” a front yard, leaving 18-inch tire tracks behind at a home in the 15400 block of 63rd Avenue Northeast.

May 17

Alleged assault

Police said a Hispanic male, 25, reported he was attacked at his Kenmore trailer home by two men who wanted to be paid $100 the victim supposedly owed for a marijuana purchase. Reports stated the victim identified a pair of suspects from a photo montage and described charges as “likely forthcoming.”

May 16

Theft

Police responded at about 8:42 a.m. to the report of a possible disturbance and theft at the Safeway grocery on Northeast Bothell Way. An unknown suspect snatched a purse from a customer shopping cart.

Residential burglary

An unknown suspect popped a screen out of a first-floor bedroom window in order to gain access to a home in the 18500 block of 69th Lane Northeast. Nothing was reported missing from the home.
