The Assessor’s Office will be hosting an open house between 3:30 and 5:30 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 21, at the King County Administrative Building at 500 Fourth Avenue – 7th Floor, in downtown Seattle.
The department will hold sessions on all kinds of topics include “Business Reporting on Personal Property” and a workshop on “Senior and Disabled Property Tax Exemptions.”
Other topics include eAppeals property application , eReal property demonstrations; a way to learn about the history of your property, and senior, disabled, home improvement exemptions assistance; business personal property assistance; iReal property application demonstrations.
The program will included a meet-and-greet with King County Assessor Lloyd Hara and the senior management team. There will be historical photos and artifacts on display. Refreshments will be provided.
Take the Sound Transit 550 or 554 from the Mercer Island Park and Ride to reach the King County Administration Building.
