The Northshore Utility District will be holding a dedication ceremony for former Commissioner Don Ellis on Friday, July 16, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at District headquarters – 6830 NE 185 th St., Kenmore, WA. The District offices will be closed during this time.
