Northshore teacher Linda Cowan will be speaking at the Leadership Development International Conference in Beijing, China, at the end of September.

She will be leading conference sessions for international teachers in China based on her work in the district on effective teaching and instructional practices. Cowan was a fifth grade teacher at Woodmoor Elementary School since 1992 before assuming her role as an elementary induction specialist for the district last year.
