Northshore student vocalists and musicians place at WIAA State Solo and Ensemble Contest

Inglemoor High senior Kevin Wyatt-Stone placed first in bass category, vocal division and Bothell High senior Ethan Brickman placed first in alto-bass clarinet, woodwind division at the Washington Music Educator Association (WMEA) WIAA State Solo and Ensemble Contest held at Central Washington University April 27-28.

Inglemoor High senior Kevin Wyatt-Stone placed first in bass category, vocal division and Bothell High senior Ethan Brickman placed first in alto-bass clarinet, woodwind division at the Washington Music Educator Association (WMEA) WIAA State Solo and Ensemble Contest held at Central Washington University April 27-28.

Additionally, the following students placed in the top three in their respective categories:

Scott Williams, Bothell High, trombone category, brass division, third

Matt Braun, Inglemoor High, tuba category, brass division, third

Alyssa Henniger, Katie Mclaughlin, Bryce Peterson and Bryan Starck, Bothell High, small mixed vocal ensemble, third
