‘No’ Bothell annexation votes still outweigh ‘yes’ ones | Election 2011

After last night's second round of results released by Snohomish County elections, there are 2,157 no votes (51.8%) for Bothell annexation to 2,006 yes votes (48.2%) in the unincorporated Snohomish County North, East, West Bothell Annexation (NEWBA) area.

In combined King and Snohomish county results:

BOTHELL CITY COUNCIL

Position No. 2

Andy Rheaume– 3,265– 59.8%

Adam Brauch– 2,196 — 40.2%

“I first want to thank my team of Bothell residents that worked on my campaign. I would not have been successful without them. Running for the office of Bothell City Council has been a humbling experience, visiting over 4,500 residences and walking every street in our city has given me a strong sense of community,” Rheaume said. “I’m proud this is my hometown and I’m honored to represent our community. Bill Evans– 3,516 — 65.4%

Nicholas Carlson– 1,862 — 34.6%

Mark Lamb– 3,538– 62.3%

Janet Quinn– 9,578 — 51.5%

Joe Marshall– 9,015– 48.5%

Director No. 3

Dawn McCravey– 10,191 — 53.9%

B-Z Davis– 8,716– 46.1%

“I am pleased so many people in our community have voted to put kids first in this election. I am proud of my team’s effort in this race. We ran an honest race providing facts about current issues in education, the differences I have made in Northshore and hope to make in the future,” McCravey said.

Glenn Rogers — 1,760– 55.1%

John Hendrickson– 1,425 — 44.6%

“It has been a privilege to serve for the last eight years, and I respect the voters,” Hendrickson said.

Trudy Rolla — 7,754 — 76.1%

Ian W. Macdonald — 2,401– 23.6%
