Bothell’s Mohan Ski School, a locally owned and operated, family friendly ski school, has been hitting the slopes for 50 years.

Starting Jan. 9, Mohan will offer a six-week transportation package on Saturdays and Sundays for skiers and snowboarders to Snoqualmie Summit with lessons available for beginners to experts. Buses will depart this year from the Kenmore McDonald’s, Bothell Park & Ride and Eastside Ski & Sport on Woodinville/Duvall Road.

There will be a parent informational night at the Bothell Police Department (18410 101st Ave. N.E.) at 7 p.m. Dec. 10. Owner Rob Stimmel will be on hand to answer all questions, and the bus chaperones will be there to meet and greet parents.

Stimmel graduated from Inglemoor High, attended Kenmore Junior High and has been with Mohan for 43 years.
