Man arrested on second-degree robbery charges at Thrasher’s Corner

A 22-year-old man was arrested earlier this afternoon near the Safeway at Thrasher's Corner on second-degree robbery charges.

A 22-year-old man was arrested earlier this afternoon near the Safeway at Thrasher’s Corner on second-degree robbery charges.

A Bothell Police Department spokesperson said units were dispatched to the 7/11 parking lot around 1 p.m. after a bloodied male subject entered the store asking for help from employees saying he had been robbed.

Officers located and detained the suspect near the Safeway Starbucks.

During the investigation, the victim told police he and the suspect had gotten into an argument and then a fight and the suspect stole an unknown amount of cash from him.

Police said the two may have know each other.

The victim suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene and released.

The suspect was booked into Snohomish County Jail.
