District briefing to focus on technology

Northshore Superintendent Larry Francois invites people to hear about instructional technology in Northshore schools at the next Brown Bag Briefing at noon May 20 in the Board Room at the Administrative Center, 3330 Monte Villa Parkway in Bothell.

All Brown Bag Briefings are free and open to the public.

This month’s briefing focuses on how teachers use technology in the classroom to improve student learning.

Bothell Chamber set to mark its fifth anniversary

The Greater Bothell Chamber of Commerce will celebrate its fifth anniversary June 17.

The anniversary event will consist of a limited number of exhibit tables, as well as several food and drink tables in what the chamber said will be a relaxed social atmosphere.

The event is slated for 5-7:30 p.m. at the Monte Villa Farmhouse. Cost for each exhibit table is $150.
