Shredding sensitive documents is one way to reduce your risk of becoming an identity theft victim. Windermere Northlake in partnership with the city of Kenmore is providing free shredding service from 9 a.m. to noon on June 23 at the Northshore Park & Ride, 18149 68th Ave. N.E. Community members are invited to bring up to five banker boxes of documents to be professionally destroyed and recycled. Documents with paper clips, staples and rubber bands are accepted; no CDs, DVDs or binders.
