The city of Kenmore is hosting a National Night Out Against Crime party from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Kenmore Police Department at City Hall on Tuesday, August 4.
The Kenmore PD will be handing out free food, home and personal safety information and hosting activities for all ages of participants.
National Night Out Against Crime is an annual celebration hosted in cities and neighborhoods across the US aimed at heightening crime and drug prevention awareness, generating support for and participation in local anti-crime programs, strengthening community spirit and police-citizen partnerships, and to send a strong message to criminals that neighborhoods will not stand for their presence.
All ages are welcome to attend the National Night Out and learn more about Kenmore’s strong community.
