Two 21 year olds, whose last known address was in Bothell, are being sought by the Island County Sheriff for allegedly attacking a 29-year-old Camano Island woman.

Sheriff Mark C. Brown said that Naji Roshad Moore-Taylor and Megan Noelle Failing brutally assaulted and shot the woman in her home at approximately 8 a.m. Thursday morning.

The victim is in stable condition and being treated at an area hospital for her injuries which are not life threatening.

Anyone who has information on their location is asked to call police as the two individuals maybe dangerous.

“The potential is yes (that they are dangerous),” said Brown. “They are armed.”

The suspects were last seen leaving the area in a dark, possibly black, smaller car.

“We know that they (the couple and the woman) knew each other,” said Brown, noting that the attack was not random.

Moore-Taylor is a black male, 6-feet-tall and 190 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Failing is a white female, 5-foot-6 and 112 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.

“We are looking for anyone who may have information regarding the whereabouts of Moore-Taylor and Failing,” said Island County Sheriff Det. Ed Wallace in a release.

Anyone with information should contact 911 or the Island County Sheriff’s Office via the ICOM dispatch center at 1-360-679-9567.
