Inglemoor High’s Daniel Jones won a Best of Show blue ribbon for his artwork “Fear” in the Puyallup Fair’s 22nd annual Junior/Senior High Art Show. His instructor is Judy De Ford.
The exhibit features 1,098 art pieces composed by more than 800 students from 34 schools. The exhibit is considered one of the most prestigious shows for students in western Washington.
The show features works done in pencil, paints, oils, watercolor and mixed media. Ribbons are awarded for: Best of Show, Juror’s Choice, People’s Choice of the Day, Honorable Mention and Most Patriotic. The winner’s school will receive a cash award of $100 for art supplies.
