Bastyr University is hosting it’s Herb and Food Fair from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, May 30.

The fair, titled “Get down with your roots: celebrating heritage from Earth to table”, focuses on proper nutrition and sustainable agriculture.

The fair offers activities for all ages, including workshops, cooking demonstrations, tours of the Medicinal Herb Garden, herbal foot soaks and facials, live music and entertainment, and more.

Bastyr will also be hosting educational speakers, such as food educator Jenny McGruther and medicinal herbal practitioner Graeme Tobyn.
